Il d\u00e9pend de la CAF (Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration Africaine de Football).<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le succ\u00e8s de la derni\u00e8re Coupe d\u2019Afrique des Nations, la CAF a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de redynamiser ses instances r\u00e9gionales afin de positionner le football africain au sommet du football mondial.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019UNAF souhaite par cons\u00e9quent s\u2019engager dans un vaste chantier de transformation tant au niveau structurel qu\u2019organisationnel.
